This is the basic port to the new target Samsung
YP-R1, which runs on a similar platform as YP-R0.
Port is usable, although there are still
some optimizations that have to be done.

Basically it uses the default SI4700 radio chip driver, the only thing that's different is the I2C access,
written specifically to interact with my kernel module.
Next things to add are:
- RDS support!

<title>Rockbox as an application: Replace many occurences of #ifdef SIMULATOR with #if (CONFIG_PLATFORM &amp; PLATFORM_HOSTED) (or equivalently).</title>

The simulator defines PLATFORM_HOSTED, as RaaA will do (RaaA will not define SIMULATOR).
The new define is to (de-)select code to compile on hosted platforms generally.

Should be no functional change to targets or the simulator.

This will allow the radio frequency to be set properly on radio start (currently the frequency is initialized to 0) and prevents sim crashes when loading FMS. It also corrects various FMS token display problems in the sim.

<title>Straighten out some audio path APIs and misc. audio stuff. Having recording is not a prerequisite to having input/output source selection which is probably most useful when adding a audio input features like FM to a new port without forcing recording to be implemented first.</title>
