Remove various ABS() definitions with a single one using typeof (if using gcc) to avoid multiple evaluations of the input expressions. Speex still uses its own as I didn't want to change this imported code too much.

Sync Speex to SVN. Disable stereo compatibility hack since we don't needed it and it produced warnings. Remove unneeded math.h

* Redo the changes required to make Speex compile in Rockbox. Should be a bit easier to keep in sync with Speex SVN now.
* Fix name of Speex library in codecs Makefile.
