lcd-24bit: Introduce a 24-bit mid-level LCD driver

With LCD driver all calculation will be performed on RGB888 and the hardware/OS
can display from our 24bit framebuffer.

It is not yet as performance optimized as the existing drivers but should be
good enough.The vast number of small changes is due to the fact that
fb_data can be a struct type now, while most of the code expected a scalar type.

lcd-as-memframe ASM code does not work with 24bit currently so the with 24bit
it enforces the generic C code.

All plugins are ported over. Except for rockpaint. It uses so much memory that
it wouldnt fit into the 512k plugin buffer anymore (patches welcome).

Changed the FOR_NB_SCREENS macro to always be a for loop that declares its own loop variable. This removes the need to declare this variable in the outer scope.

* don't call display->getcharheight() so often, store the value to char_height and use it instead.
* replay title_height by char_height, they should be the same.
* fix spaces.

Don't scroll text in time_screen(). the lines will be redrawn before scrolling statrs, so they don't scroll anyway.

Add a action helper for touchscreen targets to only receive the touchpress coordinates if they're in the passed viewport. Also, fixes the coordinates to be relaitve to the viewport.

"fix" FS#9757 by handing the statusbar redraw event more correctly... the eqscreen needs to be converted to viewports to display the statusbar.
