Add the ability to create a prefilled struct bitmap along with generated images.

This allows to directly draw generated and builtin images using lcd_bmp(bm_xxx);
Also fixes builtin list icons on non-mono targets, as they didn't have the
format field set.

extended regular expressions (e.g., using | or +) can't be used with posix sed.
We can use them with awk though

Stop hiding errors by redirecting stderr to /dev/null. If we really need to do re-introduce somewhere we should rather make it dependent on the V variable so that make V=1 would still show the error and only "normal" builds would hide it.

New makefile solution: A single invocation of 'make' to build the entire tree. Fully controlled dependencies give faster and more correct recompiles.
