lcd-24bit: Introduce a 24-bit mid-level LCD driver

With LCD driver all calculation will be performed on RGB888 and the hardware/OS
can display from our 24bit framebuffer.

It is not yet as performance optimized as the existing drivers but should be
good enough.The vast number of small changes is due to the fact that
fb_data can be a struct type now, while most of the code expected a scalar type.

lcd-as-memframe ASM code does not work with 24bit currently so the with 24bit
it enforces the generic C code.

All plugins are ported over. Except for rockpaint. It uses so much memory that
it wouldnt fit into the 512k plugin buffer anymore (patches welcome).

use different function to resize bitmap for greylib.

it is confusing that same function expects different data type (fb_data or unsigned char) depending on the target.

simple_resize_bitmap() can deal with greylib now but I missed
that it was compiled only for LCD_DEPTH > 1

Make creat() posix compliant API-wise. Shouldn't affect the core as it's wrapped via a static inline.

Split 8-bit-to-native conversion in bmp.c into a function, add support for plugging unscaled output in BMP and JPEG loaders, use output_row_8_native in JPEG decoder when possible.

struct plugin_api *rb is declared in PLUGIN_HEADER, and pointed to by
__header.api

the loader uses this pointer to initialize rb before calling entry_point

entry_point is no longer passed a pointer to the plugin API

all plugins, and pluginlib functions, are modified to refer to the
global rb

pluginlib functions which only served to copy the API pointer are
removed
