Enable game sounds in PacBox. Sound is OFF by default but can be enabled from the menu. Patch #4829 from Fredrik Öhrn - Coldfire assembler blit_display() function for H300 and move the palette data into IRAM. Various improvements and code re-organisation: Optimised assembler LCD rendering function for the iPod 5G by me and an optimisations to the sprite drawing routines courtesy of stripwax (these improvements make pacbox almost realtime on the iPod 5G).
