Disable bidirectional text handling and arabic joining in the bootloaders in order to save space. * Disable greyblitting in archos bootloaders for the same reason.

Scroll on main and remote with a single thread. Change the way system messages are defined before running out is an issue (which requires a full update of rockbox on the player).

Bugfix: bidi_l2v() returned a pointer to value on the stack when the argument was an empty string. * Don't protect against NULL pointer, that would be a bug in the caller.
