Undo hacks to meant to get around string formatting limitations

The new vuprintf makes unnecessary workarounds due to formatting
limitations. I checked grep output for whatever appeared to fit
but it's possible I missed some instances because they weren't
so obvious.

Also, this means sound settings can dynamically work with any
number of decimals rather than the current assumption of one or
two. Add an ipow() function to help and take advantage of dynamic
field width and precision. Consolidate string formatting of sound
settings.

kernel: Break out kernel primitives into separate files and move to separate dir.

No code changed, just shuffling stuff around. This should make it easier to
build only select parts kernel and use different implementations.

system.h doesn't need it on its own and this change makes it less
dependant on Rockbox internals.

rbpaths: Add new special dir HOME_DIR for RaaA.

HOME_DIR is intended for not-so-advanced files which shall be user
visible, and thus not in /.rockbox. Therefore HOME_DIR is translated
to $HOME on RaaA, /sdcard on android, the internal memory on ypr0
and "/" on native targets.

ROCKBOX_DIR ("/.rockbox") already existed as special and is translated
to whatever the real rockbox dir is on the target (e.g. /sdcard/rockbox
on android), but it's not suitable for some files we generate
(e.g. battery-bench.txt).

Use host's functions for file i/o directly (open(), close() ,etc.), not the sim_* variants.
Some dir functions need to be wrapped still because we need to cache the parents dir's path (host's dirent doesn't let us know).
For the same reason (incompatibility) with host's dirent) detach some members from Rockbox' dirent struct and put it into an extra one,
the values can be retrieved via the new dir_get_info().

Get rid of the sim_ prefix for sleep as well and change the signature to unix sleep().

Simplify mpegplayer a bit and use array-based lists rather than linked lists for stream management. Move a couple useful functions to handle pointer arrays from kernel.c into general.c; mpeglayer now makes use of them.

Move c/h files implementing/defining standard library stuff into a new libc directory, also standard'ify some parts of the code base (almost entirely #include fixes).

This is to a) to cleanup firmware/common and firmware/include a bit, but also b) for Rockbox as an application which should use the host system's c library and headers, separating makes it easy to exclude our files from the build.

* Introduce strlcpy() and use that instead in most places (use memcpy in a few) in core and some plugins
* Drop strncpy() from the codec api as no codec used it

Numbered filename creation: Make the search for pre-existing files independent of the requested number length. This way it will also increment properly if the requested number length changes or overflows (more than 99 files for numberlen == 2).

Move screendump from apps to firmware, solving two nasty firmware-to-apps calls. This required to move the filename creation functions as well. * Fix bug in the BMP header of Clip screendumps. * Add remote screendump for targets with an LCD remote. * Simplify some ifdefs and rename a macro in the sim.
