rockbox/firmware/include/stdlib.h, branch wolf3d

Move c/h files implementing/defining standard library stuff into a new libc directory, also standard'ify some parts of the code base (almost entirely #include fixes).

This is to a) to cleanup firmware/common and firmware/include a bit, but also b) for Rockbox as an application which should use the host system's c library and headers, separating makes it easy to exclude our files from the build.

Remove various ABS() definitions with a single one using typeof (if using gcc) to avoid multiple evaluations of the input expressions. Speex still uses its own as I didn't want to change this imported code too much.

Fix some plugins that use NULL instead of -1 when not using a voice id in struct opt_items. Change as many '#define NULL 0' to '#define NULL ((void*)0)' as grep would find - somewehere the former is still hiding it seems. :\
