more up to date (especially the Mac OS X install
instructions), and also some general cleanup of language.
Also added myself to the manual credits.

FS #8340 by David Bishop. Remove contractions from the manual, as this seems to be common practice in this format and makes it easier to read for non-native english speakers. New manual work should try to adhere to this.

Make ipod installation a little bit clearer. Introduce a subsection called 'Starting original firmware' for targets with dualboot. Improve uninstallation instructions as suggested by linuxstb. Closes FS#7079 and FS#7086
