Iriver manual install: point to correct wiki page that contains links to iriver original firmwares. Seems most links are dead anyway, but the mirror of rasher is fine ;)

FS #8340 by David Bishop. Remove contractions from the manual, as this seems to be common practice in this format and makes it easier to read for non-native english speakers. New manual work should try to adhere to this.

Manual: apply FS#8309 by David Bishop (replace all occurences of 'folder/folders' with 'directory/directories') for consistency. Additionally tried to get rid of some unnecessary ones here and there but phrasing can definitely be improved further.

Fix for commas and periods eaten up by our macros. Do not use \ after a macro if followed by a , or a . Use nothing or {} instead. Thanks to Mikachu for noticing.
