preferred installation method, and don't have important information only under manual

Some various pieces of manual work: Fixed installation instructions for the e200 and c200 under Mac OS X, added a warning about v2 firmwares to the Sansa install page, and the very beginnings of a Sansa Clip manual (which still needs a lot of work!) Also fixed up the blind descriptions for the Archos Player and Recorder, and some little typo fixes here and there.

FS #8340 by David Bishop. Remove contractions from the manual, as this seems to be common practice in this format and makes it easier to read for non-native english speakers. New manual work should try to adhere to this.

Make the Sansa installation tex more flexible so the c200 manual doesn't mention e200s anymore.

Update the links to sansapatcher (it has moved on the download server), and only display the E200R warning in the E200 manual (not the C200 version).
