stats's plugin PLA integration (main code + manual)

1) this patch replace all keymaps with PLA ones. It also clean some optionnal
 compiling that are not needed anymore througt PLA

2) the patch also made required change to the manual in order to match code's
 change.

3) it also add an alternative exit button (PLA_EXIT or  PLA_CANCEL)

TO TEST:
I'm not sure if remote control works anymore and cannot test it. I'm not
sure about the way PLA handle those so if that doesn't work let me know ;)

Except for snake, snake2, and blackjack for which the manual seems to be
out of date with the plugin (all these plugins now use a menu)

Add plugin keys to the manual for the Gigabeat S, plus a couple of missing ones for the Gigabeat F. Also add missing equalizer keys for the S. Vast majority is from FS#10073 by Teruaki Kawashima.

Some more small updates in the manual's plugins section: fill out missing info in some button tables, fix typos and descriptions, additionally fix wrong info in my previous mpegplayer.tex commit, add missing screenshot (c200 chess_clock) and wrap the example line in the shortcuts.tex into 'example' because the line didn't break correctly and looked weird in the pdf.

Manual: apply FS#8309 by David Bishop (replace all occurences of 'folder/folders' with 'directory/directories') for consistency. Additionally tried to get rid of some unnecessary ones here and there but phrasing can definitely be improved further.
