Manual: add search box to HTML output.

To allow easy searching the HTML (multi page) output add a search box that
queries Google. The Google search will get restricted to the location the
manual is stored. Google seems to happily accept a subfolder when specifying a
domain to search. For this to work the search box has to be created dynamically
with the help of a bit JavaScript.

Make HTML manual crosslink heading more similar to the main website heading.

- decrease padding and huge margins in tables

- add formatting for longtable (used in "config file options")
- don't display hr's to separate floats
- make the crosslinks a bit nicer

HTML adjustments: make the credits table a bit nicer and add missing name separators. Don't indent paragraphs as htlatex creates bigger parskips.
