rockbox/uisimulator/win32/sprintf.h, branch wolf3d

Remove Win32 and X11 simulator sources. They've been deprecated for a while in favour of the SDL sim. Time to go.

this fixes the win32 simulator compilation

the simulator does not use the firmare\include path, instead it uses standard header files
those header files that do not exist in the SDK are placed in the win32 directory (dir.h, sprintf.h)
