Adaptive button repeat: adapts repeat rate depending on the ability of the application to cope. Backlight support for 8-bit targets in SDL sim. Redo sound handling. Still doesn't work right, but is closer to how the actual Rockbox system does it. Backlight handling: * Added 'Caption Backlight' and 'Backlight On When Charging' for the iriver remote LCD. * Enabled the backlight code for the simulator, and prepared backlight simulation.
