ffmpeg_bitstream.c as a part of the codec lib. Use this codeclib implementation in libffmpegFLAC. Implement adapted version of the unaligned longword reading optimization for coldfire from the libwma version of this code. Speeds up cook decoding by 2-3% on h300 and flac by 25% on h300, also speeds up flac decoding by 2% on c200 (decoding speed of cook on c200 is unchanged).

basically
needed for freeing allocated memory.
-Remove any ffmpeg-specific attributes (av_const,av_always_inline .. etc.).
-Move some math functions to cook_fixpoint.h - libavutil/common.h is no longer
needed.
-Remove libavutil/mem.[c/h], libavutil/common.h and libavutil/internal.h.
-Fix a warning in cookdata_fixpoint.h.

-Take necessary defines to bitstream.h from libavutil/intreadwrite.h to
remove the latter.

RealAudio support in Rockbox. This is a self-contained Cook decoder using the original ffmpeg (still floating point) decoder and a new RM parser started by me in 2008 and continued by MT over the past few months. This is the equivalent of libcook.patch1 from FS#10182, but with further cleaning by both MT and me to minimise the differences to the original ffmpeg files. See README.rockbox for more details.

which is how ffmpeg now does it and is also slightly faster. Add in defines for later VLC memory usage optization. Kill some header files that weren't needed and update others that were out of sync. We're now much closer to the current ffmpeg codec which should make fixing the remaining issues much easier.

fixed-point and malloc-less WMA decoder (based on the ffmpeg WMA decoder from early 2006, and also building on the work started by Paul Jones). The codec itself and the ASF parsing code were written by me, inspired by the ASF parser in libasf. Current performance is around 400% realtime on gigabeat, 100% realtime on PP and 20% realtime on Coldfire.
