2006-01-15	New plugin loader. Solves the crashes introduced with the .bss changes while ↵	Jens Arnold
	keeping the small binary size. The model & api version check is now part of the plugin loader. Codecs are not yet adapted, but the old method still works for them. Simulator plugins are not (yet) version-checked. API version numbering restarted, as this is an all-new system. 2005-07-26	Moved implementation of user timer to the firmware layer, implemented it for ↵	Jens Arnold
	iriver, and made it shareable based on priorities. On iriver, the user timer is shared between the backlight fading and other use, so if a plugin registers the timer, the backlight will resort to simple on/off switching until the plugin releases the timer again.
