2006-11-26FS#6357, patch 1: let iramcopy and bss share the same space in codecs andTomasz Malesinski
plugins. Currently, in case of plugins using IRAM bss is cleared twice, once in the loader, once in PLUGIN_IRAM_INIT. For codecs, bss is cleared only during codec initialization. keeping the small binary size. The model & api version check is now part of the plugin loader. Codecs are not yet adapted, but the old method still works for them. Simulator plugins are not (yet) version-checked. API version numbering restarted, as this is an all-new system. 2006-01-11Remove the unnecessary IDATA_ATTR and LINE_ATTR #defines. Introduce usage of ↵Thom Johansen
IBSS_ATTR instead of incorrect IDATA_ATTR. Remove LINE_ATTR use, since this is a no-win when using IRAM. Make encoder truncate existing files. Make use of post-increment addressing mode in MAC chains for to minimuse code size and gain some speed. Some minor assembler touchups.
