Max Kelley with tweaks, bit of cleanup and additional bitmaps by me. Some of the now enabled plugins could still be improved in regard to screen size adaptation or keymaps but this way it can easily be done later and one by one. The rather ugly 'ifndef's I added temporaryly in plugins/SOURCES will also go one by one. plugins. Currently, in case of plugins using IRAM bss is cleared twice, once in the loader, once in PLUGIN_IRAM_INIT. For codecs, bss is cleared only during codec initialization. keeping the small binary size. The model & api version check is now part of the plugin loader. Codecs are not yet adapted, but the old method still works for them. Simulator plugins are not (yet) version-checked. API version numbering restarted, as this is an all-new system. IBSS_ATTR instead of incorrect IDATA_ATTR. Remove LINE_ATTR use, since this is a no-win when using IRAM. Make encoder truncate existing files. Make use of post-increment addressing mode in MAC chains for to minimuse code size and gain some speed. Some minor assembler touchups.
