Wouldn't surprise me a bit to get some non-green.

uniform way rather than running up late and jumping forward; will often drop more in long term to keep up in short term. Some other obscure fixes included: wait for 2 ref pics before decoding B-pics again after P or I frame drop or seeking (issue with open GOPs); draw the frame the decoder already has when beginning playback after a seek; rename a few vars.

manager rather than the parser. Fix visibility checking in video out. Extra message sending for new stream isn't needed; just do full decoder sequence reset when requesting dimensions.

Add mode to play multiple mpeg files in the same directory in the order the file browser shows.
In this mode, Mpegplayer exits after finishing the last .mpg file.

code automatically call the proper functions depending if compilation is for greylib or color display, also forms proper call to grey_ and xlcd_. mylcd_ub_ call greylib unbuffered routines, regular lcd routines otherwise. Form is mylcd_<fnname>, <fnname> is the symbol name stripped of prefixes lcd_, grey_, or xlcd_. Convert a couple plugins I know well (easy job).

CACHE_FUNCTION_WRAPPERS and CACHE_FUNCTIONS_AS_CALL macros. Rename flush/invalidate_icache to cpucache_flush/invalidate. They're inlined only if an implementation isn't provided by defining HAVE_CPUCACHE_FLUSH/INVALIDATE.

gives a buffer against wrongly identifying a thread when the slot is recycled (which has been nagging me for awhile). A slot gets 255 uses before it repeats. Everything gets incompatible so a full update is required.

with shared variables in DRAM (it seems swp(b) is at least partially broken on all PP or I'm doing something very wrong here :\). For core-shared data use SHAREDBSS/DATA_ATTR. NOCACHEBSS/DATA_ATTR is available whether or not single core is forced for static peripheral-DMA buffer allocation without use of the UNCACHED_ADDR macro in code and is likely useful on a non-PP target with a data cache (although not actually enabled in config.h and the .lds's in this commit).

mutex ownership and queue_send calls are inheritable). Priorities are differential so that dispatch depends on the runnable range of priorities. Codec priority can therefore be raised in small steps (pcmbuf updated to enable). Simplify the kernel functions to ease implementation and use the same kernel.c for both sim and target (I'm tired of maintaining two ;_). 1) Not sure if a minor audio break at first buffering issue will exist on large-sector disks (the main mutex speed issue was genuinely resolved earlier). At this point it's best dealt with at the buffering level. It seems a larger filechunk could be used again. 2) Perhaps 64-bit sims will have some minor issues (finicky) but a backroll of the code of concern there is a 5-minute job. All kernel objects become incompatible so a full rebuild and update is needed.

restriction on audio and any mpeg audio samplerate may be used. Use the global sound settings for audio output with the option to force any one of the processing stages off. All are forced off by default. I didn't personally care to fully duplicate the Sound Settings menu which would have been needed since using the core one would affect settings globally and exactly the same configuration probably isn't desired since the CPU load for video playback is much greater. Rebalance the threading to compensate with some expense to buffering speed.

decoded frame up to date at all times. Make sure streams that have reported and EOS condition are placed back on active list when seeking which it seems is the cause of a video glitch where the initial frame may be presented after a seek but video playback wouldn't restart. Set logical seek time to video start in the parser after after initial load.

into logical parts. Be sure to have all current features work. Actual UI for seeking will be added soon. Recommended GOP size is about 15-30 frames depending on target or seeking can be slow with really long GOPs (nature of MPEG video). More refined encoding recommendations for a particular player should be posted soon.
