Among other things (a) describe for Windows users how to navigate to the installation directory, (b) address the -1 error and how to correct it, and (c) be more explicit on how to find the device number and how to use it with ipodpatcher. for the new ipod bootloader. Still needs a lot of clean-up. Also flipped the installation instructions for the bootloader and the firmware build for all SWCODEC platforms. Instructions for installing the build now come before instructions for installing the bootloader.
