Subject: Update German translation: add missing strings, improve wording in a
 few phrases and some cosmetic changes (whitespace and consistent case). Taken
 from FS#9754 but leaving out some changes which that didn't feel right to me
 for the moment. Add Johannes Linke to the credits for his work.
