Make mkfiles.pl clean under 'perl -w'. Fixes one minor bug in the
output (a comment from Recipe mistakenly got into the Unix
makefile); more importantly, lets mkfiles.pl run in up-to-date Perls
(where implicit split to @_ is now obsolete).
