get_long_be shifts an unsigned char left--which results in a signed int.
It then implicitly casts to unsigned long, which sign-extends the int,
leaving unwanted 1's in the upper bits. This affects AIFF.

formats (AY, GBS, HES, KSS, SGC, VGM and VGZ) and replaces the current NSF and NSFE with a new implementation based on a port of the Game Music Emu library 'GME'. This first submit does not cover the full functionality provided by the author's original patch: Coleco-SGV is not supported, some GME-specific m3u-support has been removed and IRAM is not used yet. Further changes are very likely to follow this submit. Thanks to Mauricio Garrido.

directory, also standard'ify some parts of the code base (almost entirely #include fixes).
This is to a) to cleanup firmware/common and firmware/include a bit, but also b) for Rockbox as an application which should use the host system's c library and headers, separating makes it easy to exclude our files from the build.

fixed-point and malloc-less WMA decoder (based on the ffmpeg WMA decoder from early 2006, and also building on the work started by Paul Jones). The codec itself and the ASF parsing code were written by me, inspired by the ASF parser in libasf. Current performance is around 400% realtime on gigabeat, 100% realtime on PP and 20% realtime on Coldfire.
